another one of the (many) items on my 101 in 1001 list was completed tonight! A few years back (I think about 6, although that's an embarrassingly long time ago) I decided to make a set of 3, 13"x16" cross-stitch designs... The first took me about one year to finish, the second took about two years, and the third....well, it followed the pattern as well! (but to my credit, I also finished a bunch of grad school classes in that time as well!)Anyhow, I happily finished the last stitches a few moments ago, and now I just need to get it into the frame and on the wall with the other 2 pictures from the set. Of course, this does pose a significant problem--- I have absolutely zero available wall space remaining- and I no longer have an active crafting project for when I watch TV. I guess that means either A: we move into a larger apartment or B: it's time to tackle another goal item and start making a quilt! :)
